ICA Welcomes Dr. Joanne Kurt-Hilditch

The ICA welcomes Dr. Joanne Kurt-Hilditch, Manager of Research and Development for the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board Executive Institute (ILETSBEI), as the Director of Special Projects.  Dr. Kurt-Hilditch has worked in the field of community corrections, institutional corrections, substance abuse and mental health treatment, higher education, and law enforcement training for the past 23 years.

ICA Welcomes Dale Hale

The ICA welcomes Dale Hale as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Program Committee.   Dale began his correctional career in June of 1972 when he was commissioned and ordained as an officer in The Salvation Army with the rank of Lieutenant.  He was appointed to the regional headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as the Divisional Director of Correctional Services where he served for 10 years prior to moving on to Regional Supervisor of Correctional Ministries in Michigan, Minnesota, and North Dakota.  In all, Dale has spent over 42 years in various assignments within corrections.   Dale also brings with him extensive experience in serving on various committees within the American Correctional Association.  We’re excited that Dale is joining us and looking forward to the knowledge and passion he brings.
